Orders that ship domestically via our standard shipping takes 4-10 business days.  Orders that ship internationally may take up to 21 business days.

All orders be default are shipped First Class via the United States Postal Service.  Priority Mail and Express shipping options are available during checkout. 

Shipping and handling is based on the total weight of your order and shipping address. It is calculated at the checkout page for your review before submitting your order.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call (973) 544-8183 or mail service@toughnerdtoys.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders placed before 3pm are shipped same day, so it is important that you contact us before your order is dispatched to shipping.
