Pre-Order Policy

By ordering any preorder item on our website, you are agreeing to ALL of our preorder polices below. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Preorder Status

If an item is a Preorder, it would be marked Preorder ships (month). If the total orders for the preorder item has exceeded the stock expected, its status would be changed to Preorder Sold Out ships (month). When the item has been received at our facility its Status would be changed to In stock – New.

Preorder Payment:

All preorders paid by PayPal or credit card will be charged at the time of the order. When you place a preorder with Tough Nerd Toys, we will reserve that item for you from our incoming shipment.

Preorder Delivery Dates:

Please note that all preorder shipment dates are estimated shipment dates and they are not guaranteed due to possible delays or cancellation by the manufacturer. We will do our best to keep you updated should there be a delay. It is not advised to purchase preorder items in anticipation for a specific event.

Preorder Cancellations:

Preorders can be cancelled by the customer at anytime. We do not charge a cancellation fee. You would be immediately refunded for the purchase price of your preordered item including taxes and shipping.

Preorder and In-Stock Items on the Same Order:

If an order is placed that includes both preorder and in-stock merchandise, the entire order will ship once the preorder item(s) is in-stock. If you would like to receive the in stock item(s) right away, please place separate orders. One for the in stock merchandise and another for the Pre-Order merchandise. International Customers: Please note that pre-order items that are ordered together will be shipped when all preorder items are in stock. If you have selected multiple preorder items with different arrival dates, your order will be shipped when we receive the last item from your order. If you will like to receive each preorder item at the time it is scheduled to be shipped, please submit separate orders.

Preorder Product Availability:

Tough Nerd Toys makes every attempt to fill every single preorder we receive. To ensure this, preorder items that have exceeded the stock expected will be marked as “Preorder Sold Out”. Even then it is possible that a preorder item may become unavailable due to limitations by the manufacturer. If this happens, you will be immediately contacted and refunded your purchase price including taxes and shipping. Please note that these issues rarely occur and we have a very good record of filling all customer preorders.
